This tactile wooden chess/checkers board has been specially designed with dark protruding squares. Each light and dark box has a magnet in the centre, into which the chess pieces fit thanks to a magnet placed under their base. While for the checkers' pieces just place them in the low, light boxes. These features allow gameplay by visually impaired players.
The chess pieces are distinguishable by a metal pin placed at the top of each dark chess piece.
The checkers' counters are distinguishable by a relief on the light counters, and a depression on the dark counters.
